Well, Dwight’s certainly having fun

I don’t know how far Dwight Drake‘s going to make it in his gubernatorial bid, but he seems to have made up his mind to have a good time along the way.

Check out his video above. If the imbed doesn’t work, here’s a link

Oh, and by the way — the headline is the best part of that blog post, as you’ll see if you follow the link. It’s downhill from there, just one meaningless partisan cliche after another, without a relevant argument in sight…

I couldn’t follow your link (it kept giving me the page but with “errors” (i.e. no post). But Dwight’s video is hilarious, and oh, so true! Where can I sign up to suggest Gov. Sanford resign (quit, disappear, drop out, return to the Argentine ta…oops, Appalachian trail)?

Yeah, just what South Carolina needs – a partisan lawyer with a lengthy list of questionable lobbyist clients. The fact that his staffers can come up with a humorous video just increases his resume for dealing with the issues that face the state.

Brad can’t set the bar low enough this time around. Tommy Moore wasn’t low enough. Gotta drop the standards a few more inches…

Doug, what are you talking about? I compare a reasonably amusing video with a blog post that is stunningly unimaginative and unthoughtful, and suddenly I’m lower than Tommy Moore?

Doug, you probably agree with Gresham Barrett on health care (more or less), and if you read what he posted, you’ll probably agree with me that he says NOTHING of value. He simply trots out a bunch of buzz phrases about the wickedness of gummint, obviously with the aim of getting the people to whom such bumper-sticker language appeals will send him money. He doesn’t further ANYONE’s argument or make anyone think about anything. Go see if you don’t agree.

I didn’t say you were lower than Tommy Moore. I said you were lowering your standards for this election even lower than you did when you endorsed Tommy Moore last time. If he’s a Democrat and has a pulse, you’ll be endorsing him.

You’re still playing VERY coy with which of the Democrats you will support. Looks like you’re waiting for a frontrunner to emerge before jumping on the bandwagon. You know all the guys who are running – who’s your favorite RIGHT NOW?
