How’d you like to own an original Ariail?

Arial_CA_2013

Well, here’s your chance. Your last chance.

Robert’s having a show Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at City Art Gallery, and his originals are on sale. After that, he’s donating what’s left to the Hollings Library at USC.

Come on out, and bring your checkbook.

Happy to see Ariail’s collection joining those of Kate Salley Palmer and Walt Lardner at South Carolina Political Collections!

Would it be inappropriate to ask what the cartoon price ranges might be? I might be interested if its not way out there.

I asked Robert about pricing, and here’s what he said:

I think the price range was in the story in The State, and sure, please put on your site. I’ve priced these reasonably(I think) from $535 to $575. I have been selling my originals for years at $500 unframed and this is in keeping with that basic price…

The show opens this Thursday the 7th, but the “If You’re Going” box said March 30th ,which is the last day of the show. so there’s been a little confusion.

Let me know if you need any more info.

That is a fair price, perhaps even a good deal. Although I’d really like an original drawing of Alfred E. Neumann from Mad magazine. He was my hero.
