harrell1I don’t think I had ever seen a mug shot like Bobby Harrell’s. He seems to have taken advice from Blood, Sweat and Tears:

Smiling phases, going places, and if they bust you

    My favorite detail is the SC flag pin; but maybe its rich because of the grin…

    So pathetic that the system would have to work so hard to protect Harrell even after he had fallen. A lot of people have a lot to be embarrassed about.

      Richland County Courthouse has panelling all over, just like that, and that doesn’t look like any door I’ve seen in a police station!
