If the Martians come, could they take Trump with them?

"Take me to your Donald!"

“Take me to your Donald!”

From The State today:

Asked about the odds of Hillary Clinton winning South Carolina in this fall’s presidential election, Clemson University political scientist David Woodard replied: “It’s more realistic that we’ll be invaded by Martians.”

South Carolina has not voted for a Democratic presidential candidate in four decades, and pundits do not expect that streak to end in November….

I don’t expect it to end, either, especially when the Democrat is one who sometimes seems tied with Obama as the one the SC right most loves to hate (since Ted Kennedy is no longer around).

But if only there were a way that South Carolina could refuse the win to Hillary without giving it to… the Creature.

Since it’s more likely that the Martians will invade, let’s hope that when they do, we repulse them and in retreating, they take Trump with them. Which would be a double victory for Earth!

I didn’t want to weigh in on the Trump comments regarding the Russians and the DNC emails. It seemed a bit scary but perhaps he was just joking. Then everyone was getting all high strung about it. The left has practically accused him of treason, worse than Watergate even. A bit hyperbolic maybe. But then the right started pushing back hard, suggesting he was just joking. So I watched the news conference. He was most assuredly NOT joking. Still, the dens should be careful not to give him too much attention. For some reason it seems the best strategy is to just ignore him as much as possible.

Not to worry, the Russians already have the e-mails. The point he successfully made was to get the media talking about her e-mails again. Until yesterday they were almost a forgotten issue. But that went over 99.9% of people’s heads.

As Charles Krauthammer accurately observed, the episode was a trap for Hillary. Either the 30+-thousands of e-mails she deleted were personal, as she claimed, or some contained sensitive intelligence material that should never have been exposed to foreeign hackers.

Clearly, Trump never predicated an act of “TREASON” as inaccurately claimed by Congresswoman Debbie Dingell (D) Michigan and others last night. Either Hillary’s claim of the “personal” nature of all of those deleted e-mails is true, or she exposed them through CALLOUS CLINTON CARELESSNESS. Perhaps then, Hillary is more the TRAITOR.

Unwittingly , Rep. Dingell asks the public to disbelieve Hillary’s denial in order to smear Trump. Dingell got it all wrong. Considering the multitudes of U.S. citizens already victimized by the more serious crime of identity theft (est. 17.6 million more last year, alone) what i anyone’s, particularly Hillary’s actual expectation of personal server e-mail PRIVACY?

If they were benevolent and would not eat or enslave us, I would welcome the arrival of aliens on earth—their presence would finally knock into our species’ collective brain the commonality of all humans, and allow us to jettison the entirely arbitrary and artificial divisions we’ve created based on race, religious beliefs, and national borders.

The if they’re that advanced they wouldn’t be that dumb. Unless they were pitying us, and came as a rescue mission.

But if only there were a way that New York could refuse the win to Trump without giving it to… the Creachture.
